The rules and regulations at ARK Academy are intended to provide a welcoming, courteous, and secure learning environment for each and every student. We place a strong emphasis on the value of discipline, timeliness, and respect amongst students and staff.
Every student will have the chance to learn and develop in an environment that is encouraging and helpful thanks to our extensive set of regulations.
1) English must be spoken at all times in the school premises by all staff and students.
2) Children must wear proper uniform neatly. NO child will come with fancy dress.
3) No children are allowed to wear jewellery or cosmetics. They should not bring mobile phones to school.
4) Students and staff should be punctual and attend morning assembly.
5) Boys’ hair must be short.
6) Concerning indiscipline, misconduct, indecent behaviour towards teachers and school, and continuous negligence of homework will be taken suitable action.
7) Parents are not permitted to meet children during school hours without prior permission of the principal.
8) Use of tobacco products is any form consumption of alcoholic drinks, misuse if Ganja and drugs in any form will be given first and second chance. After that the child will be dismissed immediately.
9) Chewing of gums/eating/ brining soft drinks is strictly forbidden in the class room.
10)Serious action will be taken for students involved in bullying and ill-treating the young ones in school.
11)Every student must come to school with ID card issued by the school.
12)A student who is absent on the first day and on the last day of any holiday will be fined.
13)Any student involved in breaking or destroying school properties will have to pay compensation.
14)All students should participate in their respective house activities as directed by the principal.
15)Sweaters, bags, ties, belts, lunch boxes, water bottle must have the students name clearly marked.
16)Grace period will be offered those who take TC for readmission for 15 days.
RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR PARENTS/GUARDIANS
1. Parents are requested to attend the meeting on the given date and time.
2. Parents are requested to be present on the day of result.
3. Parents are requested not to meet the class teacher or Subject teacher to enquire about the progress of the child, parents can directly meet the Principal.
4. Parents are to sign the monthly attendance report prepared by the class teacher.
5. Parents are requested to see that their child is regular, punctual in attending class and is regular with assignments provided to them.
6. Parents are requested to help child in making projects mentally not physically.
FOR STUDENTS
1. Students are not allowed to organize picnic or excursion without informing Principal or School Authorities.
2. Name and Date of Birth of a child cannot be changed once entered in the admission register.
3. Students are strictly prohibited for bringing cell phones, FM Radios, jewellery and fancy ornaments to the school.
4. Students must have at least 75% attendance to be eligible to appear for examinations.
5. Students should provide leave application if he/she is absent or wants half day leave duly signed by the parents/guardians.
6. Students should attend School in proper uniform, proper haircut and are to be punctual for classes and morning assembly.
7. Unless declared unfit or exempted by School authorities all students are to part in School activities.
8. Students are to bring the School diary to School every day without fail.
9. Students should be present on opening day of the School after Vacation without fail.
10. Result are prepared CCE system
